Do you think you’re the victim of a phone scam (phishing)?

  • Updated

If someone pretending to be a Qonto agent contacts you by phone to inform you of alleged fraud on your account and asks you to urgently perform or validate operations (card transactions, transfers), hang up immediately.

Do not share any personal or confidential information by phone, text message, or via any email you receive, as these are fraudulent (IBAN — account number, card numbers, password, email address, etc.).

Scammers use this technique to steal funds.

Qonto will never contact you to ask you to validate card transactions or to make transfers.
