How do I import a beneficiary list?
Qonto allows you to add multiple beneficiaries at once by uploading a CSV file, making it easy to manage your payment recipients efficiently.
How do I access the beneficiary import feature?
- 🖥️ From the web app only navigate to your Business account section in the left sidebar
- Click on Transfers
- Click the Make a transfer button on the top right corner of the screen
- Choose SEPA transfer in euros from the available transfer options
- This will take you to the beneficiary selection screen
How do I add new beneficiaries via CSV upload?
- On the beneficiary selection page, click New beneficiary
- Look for the Upload your .csv file option at the top of the page

Your CSV file should include the following information for each beneficiary:
- First and last name or company name (e.g., "Jane Doe, BTP France...")
- Beneficiary IBAN (e.g., "FR12 3456 7891 0111 2131 4151 617")
- Beneficiary email (optional - e.g., "jane.doe@qonto.com")
How do I upload my file?
- Click on the CSV file upload area (indicated by the upload icon)
- Select your prepared CSV file from your computer
- The system will process the file and import your beneficiaries
