Qonto is enhancing its pricing plans to deliver better value and help you choose the right plan for your business needs. 🚀 We're increasing allowances and limits on features already included in your plan—at no extra cost, with no price increases, and your plan name stays the same.
Notable changes include 2 user accesses (instead of 1) for Smart and Premium plans, as well as increased IBANs, physical cards, virtual cards, SEPA transfers, and cashed checks across multiple plans, especially in the Team lineup.

What exactly is changing with my plan?
We're improving plans by increasing allowances and limits on features that are already included. These improvements are available at no extra cost, and your plan name and price don't change as part of this rollout.
Here's what's changing for each plan:

- Virtual cards: 0 → 2 cards
- SEPA fee per additional transfer: 0.40€ → 0.20€

- User access included: 1 → 2 users

- SEPA transfers: 1,000 → 10,000 transfers/month
- Cashed checks included: 15 → 20 checks
What's not changing:
All plans keep the same pricing, accountant access, bulk transfers, Swift/international transfer fees, payment acceptance features, customer service levels (24/7 support), priority support availability, and dedicated support for premium customers in France and Germany.
These changes strengthen plan differentiation and make it easier to choose the right plan based on your operating needs—whether that's number of cards, transfer volumes, team size, or expense workflows.
Is my subscription price increasing?
No. These improvements are meant to increase the value of your plan subscription and will be available at no extra cost. Your subscription price remains exactly the same.
The goal is to give you more features, higher limits, and better value for the price you're already paying. This is a positive change—no price increases are involved in this rollout.
Do I need to do anything to get these new allowances?
No action is needed. The updated allowances will be applied automatically as the rollout goes live.
You'll receive marketing communications about these improvements in the coming weeks. The changes should be reflected in your account by the first week of March—you'll see the increased limits available in your dashboard and account settings at that time.
If you have questions about which features apply to your specific plan, you can always check the Pricing page on our website or the Pricing PDF in the Legal Center for the most up-to-date information.
Will my current account setup or usage be impacted?
No negative impact is expected. These are positive changes only—we're increasing allowances, not reducing anything.
Your current setup and usage will continue as-is. If you're currently using features within your existing limits, you'll simply have access to higher limits going forward. For example:
- If you have 1 user access on Smart, you'll now be able to add a second user at no extra cost
- If you're approaching your SEPA transfer limit, you'll now have a higher monthly allowance
- If you need more cards, you'll have access to more included cards without additional charges
There are no configuration changes required, and your existing cards, IBANs, users, and settings remain unchanged.
How do I know which plan is best for my business?
The updated lineup is designed to make plan selection clearer by strengthening the differentiation between plans.
To choose the right plan, consider your operating needs:
- Number of cards needed: How many physical and virtual cards does your team require?
- Transfer volumes: How many SEPA transfers do you make monthly?
- Team and admin needs: How many users need access to the account? Do you need advanced roles management?
- Expense workflows: Do you need features like receipt collection, expense approval, or accounting integrations?
If you tell us your operating needs through our customer support channels (in-app chat or phone), we can recommend the best-fit plan based on your specific requirements. Our team is available 24/7 to help you make the right choice.
You can also compare all plans side-by-side on our Pricing page to see which features and limits match your business size and activity level.
Are these changes available in my market?
Yes, the feature improvements are rolled out across all markets where Qonto operates.
All customers—regardless of location—will benefit from these enhanced allowances and limits. The rollout is happening simultaneously across our European markets to ensure all Qonto users receive the same improved value.
The main source of truth for these changes is available on the Pricing page on our website and the Pricing PDF in the Legal Center, which were updated as soon as the changes went into effect.
