- Elected representatives or directors: Individuals who officially represent or manage the company.
2. Required Information for Each Person
- Full name
- Identification number (with a copy of the document)
- Tax identification number
- Place of birth
- Date of birth
- Nationality
- Country of residence
- Role or percentage of ownership in the company
For complex ownership structures: You must show the full ownership chain leading to the individuals who control the company.
If none apply: If a category doesn't apply, simply indicate "None."
For Self-Employed Individuals and Sole Proprietors
1. Who to Identify
- Authorized persons: Any person who has authority to operate your account or control your business on your behalf.
2. Required Information
- Full name
- Identification number
- Date of birth
- Nationality
